Bible Reading Schedule

This Daily Bible Reading Schedule is chronological. Poetic and prophetic Old Testament books are placed within the historical narrative, and New Testament epistles are inserted in Acts. The schedule is based on the Gospel Gazette.

📖 The Power of Authentic Influence

Main Text: Matthew 5:13–16
Theme: True Christian influence flows from a Christ-shaped life.
Big Idea: The world doesn’t need more influencers—it needs authentic witnesses.

  1. Salt & Light (Matt. 5:13–16) – Influence comes from who we are in Christ.

  2. Daniel’s Faithfulness (Dan. 6:1–10) – Habitual prayer, covenant loyalty.

  3. Timothy’s Sincere Faith (2 Tim. 1:3–7) – Faith without hypocrisy.

  4. Peter & John’s Boldness (Acts 4:13) – Influence fueled by intimacy with Jesus.

  5. Christ’s Servant Influence (Phil. 2:5–11) – True influence through humility.

Final Challenge: Audit your influence. Deepen roots in Christ.

Article: Two Interesting Details About the Passover

  • Unleavened Bread of the Passover – No leaven as a reminder of slavery and haste from Egypt. Bread of affliction symbolized both suffering and obedience.

  • Time of the Passover Sacrifice – Sacrificed at twilight. Jesus, our Passover, died at the same hour.
