Travelling: Proffitt’s continue traveling to & from Lake Havasu to take care of her parents.

Frances Pink & her sister Sybil: Were the victims of a hit-and-run accident on Jan 16th. On Friday Jan 18th, Sybil passed away from her injuries.
Frances survived but she is recovering from surgery on her left tibia and left wrist, as well as
multiple bruises.
Currently, Frances is in:
Pilgrim Place Rehabilitation,
721 Harrison Av., Claremont, 91711
Room 34B,
(909)603-7045.
She seems to be in good spirits, but loves visits from her Christian family.
The plan right now is for her to be here for 2 weeks – we’ll see what other arrangements are made after that. Please keep Sybil’s husband in prayer also. His name is Greg.

Jean Proffitt: Has moved to the Valencia Commons in Rancho Cucamonga. She will be worshiping at the Upland congregation. She will occasionally come for visits to Chino. On Sunday March 3rd, the Chino church will be having a special “Thank You Day” for Jean. At the end of morning worship services we will present her with a token of our appreciation. Then we will have a Pot-Luck in her honor.
What is to be done with the house on church property?:  Now that Jean has chosen to leave the church owned house we have a decision to make
about how to use the house in the future. One option that the Eldership has chosen not to do is to rent it out. Instead, are we trying to decide between turning it into classroom space or to use it as part of a Minister’s compensation package.  As always, members opinions and consultation are welcome.

Second Sunday Singing: Feb 10th, after evening worship, at the Lacuata’s

Loving Our Neighbors: Is cancelled for February, due to a Ladies Day Retreat occurring on the same weekend. It will resume on Saturday, March 30th, 2019
